Polls Have Begun Closing in USA

The first polls closed at 6 p.m. Eastern tonight (Tuesday), and the last will close in Alaska at 1 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday.

In between, there will be a steady stream of closings every 30 to 60 minutes, with voting ending in the key presidential swing states between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern.
