Trump Declares "Pre-Emptive Pardons" Null, Void, of no effect; Signed by Auto-pen

President Donald Trump has made a stunning decision regarding the equally stunning "Pre-Emptive Pardons" issued in the final days of the Biden Regime; those Pardons are "void, vacant, and of no further force or effect."

The announcement was made in a posting by Trump on his Truth Social account which said:
The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT,because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!

The earliest identifiable public mention about Joe Biden signing documents with an autopen, comes from the Oversight Project, an initiative of the Heritage Foundation.

On March 6, 2025, they posted on X, stating: "WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY."  They went on to say  "We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year."

This post appears to be the initial spark for the recent wave of discussions on this topic.

While it’s possible earlier mentions exist on platforms predating this specific claim, the Oversight Project’s post on March 6, 2025, is the first concrete instance highlighted in the available data that ties Biden’s use of an autopen to widespread public scrutiny.

Subsequent posts and articles, like the New York Post’s on March 9, 2025, built on this claim, but the Oversight Project’s X post is the earliest specific reference.

The use of an Auto pen by a President to sign a document, order, Bill or anything else, has been treated by most people as allowable since a normal President, being aware of what he's doing, should be able to REMOTELY sign a document. 

But Joe Biden was **NOT** aware of what he was doing.   Based upon his public actions and public appearances He was suffering from what appeared to be advanced Dementia or perhaps advanced Alzheimer's Disease.

In some instances, he seemed to have trouble putting together a cohesive sentence when speaking.

So the use of the auto pen by Biden Staff, would have bypassed the actual President while issuing signed documents IN HIS NAME.   That would be forgery and would make the document invalid.

There is no question that some - or maybe all - of the documents signed, are simply not valid because the person who allegedly signed them, did NOT sign them (an autopen did) and the person who signed them was not aware of what his signature was being affixed to.

The most telling indication that the documents are INVALID comes from the research done by the Oversight Project which, as mentioned above, said "We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year."

If this is factually accurate, then WHO was actually using the Auto pen to sign Presidential Documents for the four years Joe Biden occupied the Presidency?

This is definitely one for the courts to decide through a thorough investigation and analysis.

It is likely the Trump Administration will put this to the courts by conducting criminal investigations against one or more of those "Pardoned" by Biden, and then CHARGING that person with a crime the government can prove was committed, which may have been covered by the Pardon.   This bringing of criminal charge(s) would then force that person to come to a court to assert they cannot be prosecuted because he/she was "Pardoned."

The government can then challenge the Pardon as an INVALID, AUTO-PEN-SIGNED (by Staff) forgery, and move within the court system for a ruling as to the validity of the auto-pen-signed documents.
