10:19 PM EST -- The United States Supreme Court has issued an Administrative Stay of a lower court order which deemed to require the Trump Administration to re-allocate funds appropriated by Congress to some other program, and use them to fund SNAP/EBT. No SNAP money is going out because Democrats have shut down the government.
Attorney General Pam Bondi alerted the public to the situation about three hours ago. Bondi said:
"With hours to go before the TRO compliance clock runs, and the First Circuit waiting to deny immediate relief until minutes ago, we have filed an emergency stay application in the Supreme Court requesting immediate relief.
Bondi told the public, via social media:
"As our Supreme Court brief puts it: “The core power of Congress is that of the purse, while the Executive is tasked with allocating limited resources across competing priorities. But here, the court below took the current shutdown as effective license to declare a federal bankruptcy and appoint itself the trustee, charged with picking winners and losers among those seeking some part of the limited pool of remaining federal funds.”
About 55 Minutes ago, the Attorney General announced that the US Supreme Court sided with President Trump and STAYED the lower court order:
The Supreme Court just granted our administrative stay in this case.

As such, the SNAP/EBT money is * N O T * going out because the Democrats in Congress have voted 14 times against funding the government.
Maybe SNAP/EBT families who are going hungry, should show up at Democrat US Senator houses this weekend and ask the Senators to feed them?
