The United States House of representatives voted to "concur" with a Bill passed by the US Senate, which would re-open the federal government.
Now that both houses of Congress have approved this temporary, stop-gap measure, the federal government once can again spend money, issue paychecks, fund welfare and the like . . . . at least until January 30.
The re-opening of Government may take a few days but y Monday, it should all be fully functional - if you can use that word to describe it.
