VIDEO: Helicopter Hits Tower, Explodes, in Houston

A helicopter crash took place Sunday night at Engelke & Ennis in Houston, TX at around 7:54 PM Central Time,  Video below shows a helicopter hit a radio tower and burst into flames as it plummeted to the ground.

The Tower, too, came crashing down.

No details yet on injuries/fatalities.

UPDATE 12:00 AM --

According to a NOTAM for that tower, the obstacle lights were unserviceable (out of service) since 17 October 2024 posted at 0444z. NOTAM ID 10/073 (ZHU)
