Cease-fire negotiations between Israel and Hamas have "exploded" because HAMAS failed to provide a list of "living" hostages. All are now feared dead.

Qatar informed Israel that the response does not allow for the negotiations to advance.
"No delegation will go to Cairo, and if Hamas wants to blow up the negotiations, there will be consequences" – Israeli Channel 12, according to an Israeli source.
