The Ukrainian government through its energy company DTEK, is telling ALL Ukrainian citizens "evacuate to Europe before winter."
The head of the energy corporation went on television and told his fellow Ukrainians the energy system of the country is so smashed, that the fewer people remaining in the country, the more electricity hospitals will have to treat injured soldiers. He says people who can afford to get out, should leave for three or four months!
Most amazing about this new "suggestion" is that it comes just one day after Russia offered Ukraine a "temporary cease fire" and Ukraine REFUSED.
