News reports are beginning to flow in this morning indicating that Ukraine has used NATO (US)-supplied Cluster Bombs to strike a village inside Russia proper. The small town of Zhuravlevka, in Belogorod Russia has been hit.
The West recently supplied Kiev with cluster munitions after Ukraine promised to use them "responsibly." Once again, Ukraine seems to have lied.

Belgorod governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said “three cluster munitions from a multiple rocket launcher were fired (by the Ukrainian army) at the village of Zhuravlevka.”
The small village lies on the border with Ukraine in a region that has seen near daily cross-border attacks for months.
It was the first time Russia reported the weapons were used on its territory.
