Chinese "Balloon" Now Over St. Louis - USAF Sensors DETECTED Radiation Payload

The Chinese "Balloon" reported over Montana has now been seen over St. Louis, MO.  The reason US officials have NOT shot it down is that United States Air Force sensors detected a radiological payload.
