Yesterday, after quiet meetings with members of the US Congress, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was given "a Green Light" for "total war against Hezbollah in Lebanon."
Overnight, the Israeli Defense Force acknowledged all their preparations "for a ground maneuver in Lebanon" are complete - and added "Any delay works to the advantage of Hezbollah."
An Israeli invasion of Lebanon is now imminent.
If Israel does this, Iran is fully expected to enter the fight on the side of Hezbollah.
We could see full scale regional Middle East War beginning this weekend.
UPDATE 6:18 PM EDT --
Sources in Washington have now told me the war by Israel against Hezbollah will proceed within the next few hours.
I am further told that Netanyahu along with a large Israeli delegation, met with Biden at the White House today, and submitted a very large list of weapons they need immediately, and "expect to get" from the United States!
Biden allegedly agreed to provide all of it.
Finally, I am told that Netanyahu will fly OUT of Washington, DC this evening, and when he gets back to Israel, he will travel immediately to IDF Headquarters in "The Kirya" to order the commencing of war.
I am not certain how long the flight time is from the US to Tel Aviv, but however many hours that takes, is the time frame for the commencing of Israeli war upon Hezbollah.
Hours, not days or weeks.
When this conflict erupts in full, it is expected that Iran and numerous organizations from around the Middle East, will all enter the fray. This is likely to get big, and do so very fast.
