The following information is from an extremely sensitive source inside the Intelligence Community of a foreign government.

There is now confirmation in the international intelligence community that the Venezuelan Military intend to actively target and attack the United States Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) sites as shown on the map below:

If the United States commences attacks against Venezuela, the military hierarchy of that country believes attacking the US SPR is not only feasible, it would be a "cataclysm" for the United States.

The source confirms that Venezuela has acquired numerous Shahed (Geran-2) drones, either from Iran, or from Russia, and they claim the drone has a stated range of 2500 km.

Emergency crude oil is stored at the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) in underground salt caverns at four major oil storage facilities in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, two sites in Texas (Bryan Mound and Big Hill), and two sites in Louisiana (West Hackberry and Bayou Choctaw).

There are also crucial pipeline distribution systems in the Gulf Coast: Seaway, Texoma, and Capline.

While the Shahed drone does not have a range of 3000km, it is pretty trivial thing to upgrade range to 3000km. The distance from Venezuela to strategic petroleum reserve and gas and oil distribution network in the gulf is ~3000km. If that storage and distribution system were to be hit and catch fire, it would be cataclysmic for US economy, and a coup de grace for EU economy.

According to the sensitive Intel Source, Iran allegedly told Venezuela "the US does not have enough air defense assets to protect both Israel and the SPR.

. . . and we all know what is more important . . .
