This morning, there was a brief exchange of gunfire between Pakistani and Indian forces in the Leepa valley, Kashmir region.
Local sources report heightened activity involving both Indian and Pakistani Air Force fighter jets on both sides of the Line of Control in Kashmir.
Several reconnaissance and ISR flights have also been observed near the border, suggesting rising operational readiness from both air forces.
Large Pakistani army reserves are being moved north toward Kashmir. Heavy armor is already on the move to the Indo-Pak International Border and Line-of-Control (LoC) including tanks, self propelled artillery, and heavy weaponry.

Indian authorities in Kashmir on Friday (April 25) demolished the houses of two suspected militants, one of whom is accused of involvement in a deadly attack on tourists earlier this week:
Yesterday, India closed four dams on the Indus River, which supplies fresh water to Pakistan. Today, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, CR Paatil, stated that Pakistan would "not receive even a single drop of water from the Indus River."
Pakistan has already publicly declared that if India cuts-off Pakistan fresh water, it will be considered "an Act of War" and Pakistan "will respond with force."
(HT REMARK: India cutting-off the fresh water supply of Pakistan is, in my personal view, 100% Guaranteed to start a very big war, very fast. Without water, the people of Pakistand will die. It seems to me they will be forced to fight it out. With Pakistan being out-gunned, and out manned, I suspect they will be forced to resort to nuclear strikes very early in the conflict.
This situation is BIG trouble. VERY BIG trouble.)
