"Expanded Meeting" of Russian Security Council Today . . . escalation coming

According to preliminary information, an expanded meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation will be held in Moscow today under the leadership of President Putin.

Sources said that the composition and importance will be greater than before the start of the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine Feb. 21, 2022

Initial thinking is that the ongoing SMO could be upgraded to an Anti Terror Operation (ATO) - this would make all Kiev regime members, terrorists - who can then be targeted directly - no matter where they are.

The face of the SMO seems likely to change.  Anti-Terror operation is a big change, but for some inside Russia, it is not enough.

One source told me this morning there is a small, yet vocal, element inside the Russian Legislature, seeking to declare outright war.
