Earlier today in North Korea, Sergei Shoigu, former Minister of Defense in Russia, and presently the Secretary of the Federation Council, arrived in Pyongyang, North Korea for high level talks. This is PUBLIC information and is not secret.
The COVERT INTEL about this trip is going to make you sick to your stomach.
Shoigu was sent on this trip by direct order of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
