A soldier from Norway has been killed in Ukraine while engaging in a hot fire-fight with Russian Army troops. This is the first known Norwegian soldier to die in battle.
While his "contract" status is not yet know, and perhaps "technically" he may have been a Mercenary, the flag on the uniform of his dead body is the flag of Norway.
Norway appears to now be waging actual, kinetic, war, against Russia.
