Iran's Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Khamenei, has ORDERED the armed forces and security apparatus of Iran to "prepare to make a response" to today's terror attack which killed over 200 in the city of Kerman. Iran says they know who is responsible.

At present, it is a tightly held secret who Iran officially blames for the attack, so at this moment, I cannot report as to who they blame, but the list of suspects was included in the earlier story linked above.
