Russia fired Drones tonight to attack sites in far southwestern Ukraine. The drones went too far, crossed the Danube River, and struck Romania. Video below shows the large explosions taking place in Romania.
Russia is screaming this was "an accident."
If NATO treats this an "an attack" then they can use this to declare Article 5 of the NATO Treaty (Collective Self Defense) and move into the Russia-Ukraine war.

Preliminarily, there were explosions in the city of Isaccia, Romania.
Unfortunately, one attack UAV ("Shahed-136/31") flew into the city of Isaccia, Romania, which is 50 kilometers from the city of Izmail, Odesa.

The Russian Drones were supposed to be attacking Vylkove, Ukraine, as shown on the scalable map below. Instead, the drones crossed the Danube River at the western edge of Vylkove, and hit inside Romania.
