Video below shows that after an "URGENT" meeting in the wee hours of Saturday morning in Russia, between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russia's Federation Council, Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) trucks carrying live "TOPOL-M" nuclear ICBMS are on the move on roads in Russia.
The TOPOL-M carries only ONE warhead: a One-Megaton Nuclear bomb.
At least THREE (3) of these TEL trucks, carrying ONE TOPOL-M each, are seen in the video, on-the-move inside Russia.

UPDATE 11:25 PM EST --
The TOPOL-M is an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) but unlike other ICBM's it does not carry Multiple Independent Re-Entry Vehicles (MIRVs); it carries only ONE warhead: a One megaton Nuclear Warhead.
Below is a FILE PHOTO of a TEL carrying a TOPOL-M:
The sole purpose of this weapon is to utterly destroy entire cities: Knowledgeable observers might think: London, Paris, and Washington, DC.
The fact that THREE of these missiles are now openly on the move inside Russia is likely no coincidence. It has been three separate countries, the United States, The United Kingdom, and France, that have supplied long-range weapons which are now being used by Ukraine to attack interior Russia.
The United States supplied Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS), the United Kingdom supplied British "Storm Shadow" missiles, and France has supplied "SCALP" missiles to Ukraine. It is already confirmed that US ATACMS and British Storm Shadow missiles were used this week by Ukraine to hit targets in Russia.
Just two days ago, Russian President Putin made clear in a televised address that the use of these weapons against interior Russia makes the countries who supplied the weapons "parties to the conflict." He went on to state publicly, "We feel entitled to attack the countries who have supplied the weapons now being used to attack Russia." He reiterated that explicitly today when he said "The UK is now in the war."
UPDATE 11:45 PM EST --
Russia has now CLOSED a significant swath of air space, for Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile Launches at Ukraine:
According to numerous Intelligence reports, Russia is planning a large salvo of the same missiles it used two days ago against Dnipro, Ukraine; missiles with multiple, independent Re-Entry Vehicles (MIRVs) which deploy sub-munitions as they come down toward target, making the warhead completely unstoppable by __any__ missile defense anywhere in the world.
It is believed this missile salvo will take place within hours.
