FYI -- Subscription Renewals Being Audited

Some of you may be encountering errors when you try to login.   It's on my end.  Here's what's going on . . . .

For about the past year, with my health/heart troubles and such, when monthly or quarterly subscriptions came up within MY system for Renewal, I just bulk-renewed them all without checking to see if they were actually paying.

For the past few months, I've noticed revenues significantly declining.

So this weekend, I took the time to actually look to see if I'm getting paid by the people whose subscriptions I've been renewing.  SURPRISE, in many, M A N Y cases, I'm not getting paid.

Of course, that hasn't stopped a lot of these folks from coming to the site anyway and using it  - knowing they aren't paying.

So I stopped the bulk-renewals and am now going through person-by-person and checking their subscription records through the credit card company to see if I'm being paid.  If I am, I renew them.  If not, I lock them out.

But this process is S L O W.

If you're presently unable to access your account via login, it should be working by tomorrow.  It's MY fault.  I'm going as fast as I can, but this is a very tedious process.

Of course, I SHOULD have been doing this all along, and didn't because I was so tired and such with my ongoing health issues. So this is my personal fault.  I am to blame.  I apologize for this inconvenience.

Now, I've got a sort of disaster on my hands having to do all the work I SHOULD HAVE DONE over months.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know what's going on.

Oh, my kitchen cabinets arrived today.   They're the wrong color.

Just one of those days . . . .
