A letter of intent has was signed on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Washington, wherein a Military Corridor will be created to ensure more efficient mobility of military personnel and equipment both within and outside Europe.

The plan envisages the unification of four ports and their infrastructure, connecting the cities of Varna, Constanta, Thessaloniki and Alexandroupolis.

This "military corridor" is being established expressly for a war between NATO and Russia.

In addition . . .  The creation of the largest NATO base in Europe, to be located in Romania, is also planned.
