Video has come in showing Russian "Iskander" hypersonic missiles, on Transporter-Erector-Launcher trucks, erected and ready-for-launch, out in the open, on public roads in Kaliningrad, near the Poland Border.

It is extremely unusual that such missiles would be out in the open, on public roads, with missiles in launch position.

Emergency alert sent to Polish citizens in Lublin Voivodeship, bordering Ukraine and Belarus, warning of a threat of an air attack:
"Threat of an air attack. Exercise extreme caution. Follow the instructions of the services. Await further announcements."
The RCB Alert has been sent to recipients in the counties: Chełm, Chełm County, Krasnystaw, Łęczna, Świdnik, Włodawa (Lublin Voivodeship).
