Israeli War Planes Attack Yemen Capital & Presidential Palace

Israeli war planes attacked the capital city of Sanaa, Yemen at about :00 AM eastern US time Sunday.

An oil depot located on 60th Street in Sanaa, image above, violently exploded and continues to burn as this story publishes at 10:33 AM EDT.

The Presidential Palace was also bombed by aircraft.

Israeli Defense Force officials are saying publicly "The attacks on Yemen have ended and assassinations were not part of our agenda. The strike on the presidential palace is a message to the Houthis that the authority's sites are in our sights.”

The Israeli attack was reportedly intended to be much larger but was apparently significantly thwarted by new air defenses fielded by Yemen.
