Trying to get Moscow to step-away from Iran?

Outlining what Israel has planned with the hope Russia can influence Iran to not respond?

UPDATE --

Shortly after this story appeared, the plane seemed to have turned its transponder off!   As if they don't want anyone knowing where they're going.   The plane is no longer showing as moving on the ads-b.  Just sitting still in mid-air.
