NATO Exercise Delayed until Autumn Due to "Bad Roads"

"Anti-Russian" NATO exercises in Romania cannot be held due to the state of the country's roads - media.

The "Dacian Spring 25" exercises on NATO's eastern flank, which were supposed to take place in Romania in May, were postponed until autumn due to poor roads.

Romanian authorities have been trying for 10 months to repair 5 roads necessary for the organization of the exercises.  For some reason, the Romania government is so inept, it cannot seem to get 5 roads repaired in 10 months.

. . .  and NATO thinks they stand any chance at all against Russia??????
