OBSERVER: "CHEMTRAILS ALL STOPPED AFTER U.S.A.I.D. SHUT DOWN" Skies are now clear!

More than a few people are taking to social media to report CLEAR SKIES since the shutdown of U.S.A.I.D.  they report no chemtrails visible anywhere, for days!

In the brief social media video below, one guy is fascinated that there are actually clear skies above his house.  He says he hasn't seen a sky without CHEMTRAILS for years!

This man claims that ever since Donald Trump and Elon Musk cut off USAID funding, the skies above him have completely cleared—not a single chemtrail in sight.
