Pakistan Defense Minister: Clash "Imminent"

At 1:37 PM eastern US time today (Tuesday) the Defense Minister of Pakistan stated: "A clash between India and Pakistan is imminent."

Intelligence Community communications circuits are suddenly discussing "nuclear fallout patterns from the Pakistan State of Sindh."  The map below shows the states/provinces inside Pakistan.  Sindh is pointed out:

I do not know why that particular Pakistani state/province is the topic of these discussions, but the discussions ARE taking place in the Intelligence Community right now.

I am researching possible location of Pakistan nuclear weapons, to see if this particular state/province is the location of such weapons, but right now, I have no idea at all why this particular state/province is the topic of nuclear fallout discussions.
