Brazil President Lula Da Silva of Brazil: "No gringo is going to give orders to this President of the Republic."
The "Gringo" he's referring to U.S. President Donald Trump.
Apparently, Lula Da Silva is referring to a social media posting by President Trump:
Lula Da Silva may also be upset by the US President imposing fifty percent (50%) Tariffs upon Brazil because courts in that country are daring to demand censorship of social media platforms based in the USA. Brazil courts have no jurisdiction over American companies inside the USA.

Lula's remark, calling Trump a "Gringo" is proof: You can take a guy out of the Favelas, (low-class housing) but you can't take the Favela out of the (low-class) guy. Maybe we should start calling Lula Da Silva "President Favela?"
