UPDATE 1:02 PM EDT -- CALL HAS ENDED; Presidents Trump and Putin are Speaking Now by Telephone

For a little over an hour, Presidents Trump and Putin have been speaking via telephone.  During that conversation, a sudden, intense, burst of Military Aircraft activity began over Europe.

I don't  know if the two things are related, but they're happening:

That's more than two hundred (200) aircraft!

 

UPDATE 1:02 PM EDT --

The telephone call between the two Presidents has concluded.  They spoke for "over two hours" [2 Hours 28 Min.] according to an inside source.

A "readout" or a "Statement" about the call is expected soon.
