Something is going on inside Russia that has resulted in President Putin "being rushed back to the Kremlin around midnight in Moscow."
Video of the large Presidential motorcade briskly making its way to the Kremlin are appearing now on social media:
RUMORS are all over the place - even on intel circuits.
RUMOR #1: "Ukraine has struck a major oil refinery with at least ten drones, causing severe damage." HOWEVER there is absolutely no video of any such blazing refinery (yet) and no name of the refinery and no city name are forthcoming. I do not find much credibility to this rumor.

RUMOR #2: President Trump told his staff he wants to speak to Russian President Putin as soon as possible. While Trump has pull, he certainly does not have the kind of pull to get the President of the Russian Federation out of bed around Midnight for a mere phone call. Calls and meetings between such leaders are organized well in advance and at reasonable hours. I do not find this rumor credible.
RUMOR#3: Ukraine struck Dyagilevo air base, southeast of Moscow. There __are__ videos of this but . . . . it is a base of little consequence. Reportedly at best, a training base for TU-95 Bomber pilots.
Perhaps there is some other purpose for that base, or perhaps the base is now being used for the Ukraine war - but as far as updated intel, the base is of little matter.

Whatever is going on, sources in Russia made clear, Putin was returning at this unusual hour for "an urgent meeting with the Security Council and military commanders." That doesn't sound good. At all.
