A retired Diplomat from India has gone onto national Television in that country and told the public that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's airplane "had cocaine on it" when it landed for the G-20 Summit. The same Diplomat reported on TV that Trudeau was so high "overdosed, he couldn't attend several functions at the G-20." Here is that original video in the Hindi language:
