Russia apparently launched a SECOND "Oreshnik" missile this morning, allegedly aimed at Kiev, Ukraine. The missile failed.
Reports indicate that the missile malfunctioned and blew-up in-fight over Russia itself.
No word yet on where, or if there is any damage, injuries, or deaths from the malfunction.
Oreshniks have reportedly suffered a very significant number of malfunctions in past tests, and western analysts, admittedly severely biased - say the missile is "unreliable."
