Russia and Ukraine have sat down again in Istanbul, Turkey, at a meeting allegedly designed to bring peace between the two combatant countries.

It seems to me personally, this proposal is Dead-on-Arrival.
I think that pretty much NONE of the points made are acceptable to Russia.
I can't see any possibility that things will move forward at all after today.
