Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a televised address to the Russian people, made clear Russia will launch more Medium Range, ICBM-type missiles but will warn civilians to leave before the missile comes. No need anymore for tactical 'secrets' or clever feints and ploys because "there is no defense anywhere on earth to this type of missile."
As a result of Russia's strike on the city of Dnipro Ukraine, using a new medium-range, ICBM-type missile with Multiple Independent Re-Entry Vehicles (MIRV's) there will be what is being called an "emergency meeting" of the Ukraine-NATO Council on November 26. They will discuss the consequences of the use of a new Russian missile against a Ukrainian defense industry facility.
Hal Turner Analysis
What's to discuss? There is NO DEFENSE to the type of missile Russia fired at Ukraine yesterday. MIRV's cannot be defended against; they move too fast.
Here is video of six separate MIRV-PACKAGES hitting Dnipro. Each independent warhead released sub-munitions, so each GROUP was ONE MIRV. There are a total of six in the video below. Look how fast these things traveled from Sky to ground:
The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that Russia struck the Ukrainian city of Dnipro with a conventionally armed ICBM this morning, marking the first combat use of an ICBM in history.

Absolutely NO DEFENSE exists against this type of missile attack. There __may__ be a possibility of hitting the missile up in space before it "MIRVs" - separates all the warheads - but that's like trying to hit a bullet with a bullet. The US itself barely has that type of defense, and much of __ours__ is land-based.
So what, exactly does the Ukraine-NATO planning group think it's going to "discuss" at their "emergency meeting?"
Surrender, maybe?
That would be the best outcome. The fighting would stop almost immediately.
Sadly, the NATO NITWITS who seem to live in an echo chamber devoid of reality, will likely come up with some escalation in the hope of deterring Russia, but President Putin made it explicitly clear: No matter what is done to Russia "there will always be a response."
Period. Full stop.
Will NATO finally admit this entire Ukraine thing has been a Fool's errand? One can only hope.
