President Donald Trump does not want to deliver weapons to Ukraine.
According to Germany's "Bild" Magazine, he rejects a deal with Ukraine worth $50 billion.
Trump is more interested in negotiations with Putin than in making money from arms deliveries, the German newspaper adds.
