The government of Turkey has suddenly begun building underground shelters in EVERY Province of the country.
Inquiries as to why this sudden, and widespread construction is taking place beget only one answer: "to protect civilians in the event of a potential war or disaster."
Strange. What war? What disaster? Why now?
