Intelligence in the Ukrainian government seems to believe Hungary is planning a possible annexation of the Transcarpathia region.
The Ukrainian SBU claim to have captured two Hungarian citizens working for the Hungarian intel. They have been given 48 hours to leave Ukraine.
Apparently, in the event of total or near collapse of Kiev, Poland and Hungary will seek to seize former/claimed ancestral territories.
