This just in 2:18 PM EDT -- Russian Defense Minister Shoigu casually said today "Russia will begin training on nuclear strike." He did not specify whether that means Russia is training to MAKE a strike, or training in the event of a strike upon them.
The casual mention of this to Russian media is causing quite stir internationally, for obvious reasons.
