President Donald Trump has ended diplomatic efforts with Venezuela.
Richard Grenell had been leading negotiations with dictator Nicolás Maduro but during a recent meeting with senior military leaders, Trump called Grenell & told him to stop all diplomatic outreach, including with Maduro.
History shows that when Diplomacy ends, military action often begins.
