Video has emerged from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, showing what appears to be an ELECTION WORKER, opening mailed-in Ballots and, if they're for Trump, TEARING THEM UP.
At the very instant the video begins, a man's voice can be heard saying "Bucks County." There is a Bucks County in Pennsylvania, as seen on the scalable map below:
In the video, a small "Post-it" note can be seen with the name "Yardley Borough." There is also a Yardley Borough which is in Bucks County, PA as shown on the scalable map below:
Here is the actual video of a black male, opening mailed-in Ballots, seeing they are for Donald Trump, and tearing them up while saying "Fuck Donald Trump" in a foreign accent.
He tears-up at least THREE (3) Trump Ballots, but when he comes to a Kamala Harris Ballot, he gently places it back in the envelope and sets it aside for counting.
WHERE DID THIS HAPPEN?
Ballots in Pennsylvania are printed to be mailed in to their county office. According to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Voting and Election Information website (HERE) the County office address where these Ballots would have been mailed to - and presumably where this man is located, is:

Since the man in the video is standing above a tray of mailed-in Ballots, it seems logical to conclude the man is an official with Bucks County, PA and it also seems logical that the Ballots he is tearing-up are located inside the building at the address shown above.
Since only government workers would have access to a tray full of mailed-in Ballots, it seems logical that the Government Employees of Bucks County are doing this.
It shouldn't be too hard to focus on those employees who have skin color matching that which is seen in the video, for direct confrontation.
The man's vocal accent is also likely unique and will help narrow down who it is.
Pennsylvania is presently governed by lowly, sniveling, Democrat scum, and the police hired by such scum are also likely to be scum themselves because birds-of-a-feather flock together. As such, it seems the public has a better chance of being struck by lightning than having the police do anything about this criminality.
Those Police who are not lowly, sniveling, Democrat scum, are likely afraid they will be fired BY the Democrat scum, if they go after this criminal Ballot destruction.
As such, it seems unlikely that Police at any level will do anything about this.
It appears it's up to the People of Pennsylvania themselves. Certainly the People will be far faster and exponentially more effective finding this person, than hope the demonstrably corrupt government (whose employee is doing this) will do any thing about it.

The People have a right to defend themselves from this type of government betrayal. The "Original Right of Self Defense" is "paramount to all positive forms of government." according to one of our Founding Fathers, Alexander Hamilton, who wrote about it in the Federalist Papers - Federalist 29, Par. 6.
Whether the people of Pennsylvania will now defend themselves remains to be seen. It also remains to be seen whose side the police will take if a confrontation becomes necessary. Traitors to the self-governed who are defending themselves, will quickly become evident.
