Well, that didn't take long. Ukraine has made video documentation of its first use of Cluster Munitions against Russian Army troops. The brief video below shows the use . . . and that Ukraine apparently can't aim very well!
From the video, it is clear that Ukraine missed; badly. But what should be said about the blasts is that everything INSIDE the circle, would be dead after having been cut to ribbons by the shrapnel from all the little bomblets.
Russia has made clear that if Ukraine begins using cluster bombs against Russian troops, that Russia also has such weaponry.
Based on past performance, the Russians also aim much better.
