Yemen is claiming their missiles struck a ship in the Mediterranean Sea for the first time, because the ship handled goods to/from Israel!
The Yemeni Armed Forces announced the implementation of three specific operations against three ships, distributed as follows:
The first operation targeted the Israeli ship (MSC ALEXANDRA) in the Arabian Sea with a number of ballistic missiles.
The second operation, within the framework of the fourth phase of escalation, was carried out by the Navy, the Air Force, and the missile force in a joint operation targeting the ship (YANNIS) of the Greek Eastern Mediterranean Maritime Company as it was passing through the Red Sea. The hit was accurate, thanks to God.
The Armed Forces statement indicated that this operation came after three ships belonging to the same company arrived at the ports of occupied Palestine on the fourth of May and the fifth of this month.
In the third operation, the missile force targeted the Israeli ship (ESSEX) with a number of missiles in the Mediterranean Sea while it was violating the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine.
The Yemeni Armed Forces renew their warning to all companies that deal with the Israeli entity that their ships, regardless of their destination, will be targeted within the declared area of operations.
