INTENSE Police Activity Around Holland Tunnel from Hoboken to NYC

There is INTENSE Police activity in Hoboken, New Jersey, near and around the entrance to the Holland Tunnel to New York City.

A New Jersey State Police Helicopter is making numerous circles over and around the Holland Tunnel entrance/exit to/from New York City.  Below, a FILE PHOTO of one of the NJ State Police Helicopters:

Not certain yet what they're hunting, but clearly something big is going on.
