US Defense Secretary Remains Hospitalized; Rumors of Russian Strike in Kiev as Reason . . .

RUMORS are emanating from inside Russia CLAIMING U.S. Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin was "injured during a Russian missile strike against Kiev."  Those RUMORS are denied by the Pentagon, which reports Lloyd was "transported by ambulance from his home on January 1, suffering severe pain."

There is no information about the type of "severe pain" or where, on his body, the pain was located.

Last week, the Department of Defense reported Secretary Lloyd had been hospitalized, underwent "elective surgery," and was recovering nicely.

No word about the nature of the elective surgery.

At the time, the White House said it had **NOT** been informed that Secretary Lloyd had been hospitalized, and didn't know about it for about a week!  This caused many to wonder how it is that the President of the United States was not told his Secretary of Defense was in hospital.  No one has answered how such a thing could occur.

The rumors coming out of Russia, claiming Lloyd was injured in a January 3 missile strike on Kiev, Ukraine, have not been confirmed.

As of today, Secretary Lloyd remains at Walter Reid Hospital.
