The European Central Bank may be preparing for a bailout of France.  It appears France is "broke" from all its Ukraine spending.

The plan is being kept secret as to not incense German voters.

Were such a bail-out to have happened before the German election, support for the AFD would have soared.

This is how devious and sinister the European GOVERNMENT and BANKERS actually are.  They HID the financial bailout of a large European country, so that voters in another European country, wouldn't vote for Conservative, Right-Wing, parties!
