There were over 352,000 reports of outages on Facebook as of 10:30 a.m., per Downdetector.
Over 50,000 Instagram users also reported outages Tuesday morning.

YouTube outages have been observed in a number of countries. This is reported on the website of the Downdetector service, which monitors the work of popular Internet resources.
