Ukrainian Soldiers SHOOT & KILL Surrendering Russian Soldiers

Video has emerged from the Russia-Ukraine conflict showing two Ukrainian soldiers shoot and kill two Russian soldiers, as the Russians had their hands-up and were surrendering. This is a war crime.

This war crime was, once again, perpetrated by Ukraine.  THIS is what Ukrainians actually are.
