The President of Serbia has taken the unprecedented and extraordinary action of suspending **ALL** arms exports from the country. Serbia's economic life blood is the manufacture and export of weapons and ammunition.
To have the entire country suspend all arms exports - including ammunition -- tells me things in Europe are pretty close to the "balloon going up, for real."
Think about this: We're sending cluster munitions because Ukraine has "ran out of bullets". Now Serbia is not going to export bullets?
Serbia is cutting Ukraine's Throat (and NATO's too!)
Remember that this week is the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania.
An attempt will be made to admit Ukraine to NATO, despite the fact that Ukraine is presently in a military conflict.
WHAT IF . . . . .
What if NATO actually admits Ukraine?
What if Ukraine then invokes Article 5 of the NATO treaty?
What if NATO begins engaging Russia?
In another time, and under other circumstances, I would be shocked that Serbia stopped all arms exports. But to have that take place on the eve of this NATO Summit just strikes me personally as very ominous.
Could be a very interesting week.
