Biden went on: "Israel is our strongest partner in the Middle East, and it's unlikely that we would remain passive if its defenses falter and Iran is able to execute its destructive agenda against it.”

Worse, it was just this past Sunday that Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu sent a letter to the US Department of Defense, making clear that if Israel attacks Iran, Russia will come to the aid of Iran.
Now, three days later, the US President is saying the US will come to the aid of Israel.
What we have here is the makings of instant World War 3 between the US and Russia.
