As of 11:53 PM eastern US time on Saturday night-into-Sunday, Russia is engaged in a large missile attack against Ukraine.  HOWEVER, "at least three" Russian missiles breached POLAND air space over the Village of Horodto, and POLAND has scrambled fighter jets.

The scalable map below shows the village of Horodto, Poland, on the border of Ukraine.

At least 7 Russian Tu-95MS bombers took off from the Olenya air field in Russia to launch long-range missiles at Ukraine.

Bombers also took off from Engels with a total now of 13 in the air.

UPDATE 8:05 AM SUNDAY MORNING

24 March 2024

Several Russian missiles flew into Polish airspace during a 40-second maneuver, as they flew to the city of Stryi, Lviv region of Ukraine.

According to objective control data, the arrival of 20 missiles was:

1. On warehouses and hangars with fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

2. On an airfield and air defense, which is located a little outside the city and protects an important trans-shipment base and workshops for the production of "something for aviation," most likely it was about the assembly of F-16.

3. On the energy/gas infrastructure supplying Lvov region.

4. Near the airfield was a center for training and education of personnel. For the last month a lot of people were brought in and out (probably a training center) of technical personnel, including for maintenance of F-16 aircraft.

Locals report a lot of ambulances around town.

Blood donations are being collected.

Corpses are still being removed.

The fire in the airport area cannot be put out.
