Something is up: Iran is Evacuating ALL it's IRGC Forces from Northern Syria

Iran has just made a very big military move and no one can figure out why.

Iran ordered  a complete withdrawal of IRGC forces from their positions in the Al-Bukamal region in Syria, near the Iraq border - evacuating all bases and points linked to the IRGC in the area.
